MILESTONE SCIENTIFIC ANNOUNCES DATE OF
2010 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – (PR NEWSWIRE) – April 20,
2010 – Milestone Scientific Inc. (OTCBB:MLSS),
the recognized leader in advanced injection technologies, today announced
that its Board of Directors has set the date of the Company’s
2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Wednesday, May 26, 2010. The
meeting will begin at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time and will be held at
the offices of Brown Rudnick, LLP, located at 7 Times Square, New
York City.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 26, 2010
will vote on the election of directors; the advisory approval of Holtz
Rubenstein Reminick, LLP as the Company’s independent auditors
for the current year; and any such business as may legally come before
the meeting. A notice of the meeting, along with related proxy
materials, was mailed to shareholders of record on April 16, 2010.
